Warranty

1. The warranty does not cover: - defects caused by improper use and damage resulting therefrom.
   - defects caused by poor handling, unprofessional or inappropriate installation/use.
   - wear and tear due to normal use.
2. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
   - mechanical damage to the goods
   - voltage (burned components and circuits )
   - improper installation, handling, operation, (painting, bending, etc.)
   - the item was damaged by acts of nature or fortuitous events
3. The warranty covers
   - defects in material
   - functional defects
   - defects caused during the production , assembly or installation of goods, carried out by the seller

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of: Act on Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204 as amended), Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014. (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827), the Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended)and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
